Hangover

Why do fatty/greasy breakfasts help? Surely the salt in some of the food just increases dehydration?
 
A large beer ****.

2 litres of orange juice.

Beans on toast.
 
Go for a quick one mile run.
Then hit a fry up.
Cold shower.
Training.
 
McDonalds double sausage and egg McMuffin. Works a treat.
 
The only thing that helps is more alcohol lol.

On a serious note, Try 2 raw eggs like Rocky Balboa and alot of soda. Cola works for me the best. Good luck
 
normally afta 15 mins of training hangover goes, just sweat it out
