I know a Mod is gonna close this soon but I need help

I have downloaded Super Bladesman's DB. I have downloaded it.......extracted it to the Editor file and then when I try to start a new game it aint there.....What am I doing wrong

Is it a full database, or a Data Editor file?

I downloaded the file that says it on the thread

If its a DB, you may need to put it in the DB file( documents/Sports Interactive/FM10/db) not too sure but thats where I would try.
