Help Plz Cant Extract

i have downloaded several competition logos, kits etc however when i go to etxtract with winrar it doesnt work and comes up error messages.
can any1 help me how to fix this plz?

Thats why I use to use JZip but now i use the windws 7 built in extractor which is **** and can only open .zip files

sometimes error is nothing to extract.

do you use any torrent programs like BitComet, UTorrent etc.? If so then dont open the download on to there close the download box on BitCommet/UTorrent and then another box will open it will say Open Save As.. and Close click save as and when the download has completed navigate to the zip file and extract the graphics from inside of it.
