Have you tweaked any of the player settings to, not just the team ones ?

Well, first of all, no team wins all matches. Look at Man C in real life :D

But assuming that you have no trouble beating team like Chelsea but fail to beat most underdogs, then ask your self this.

- How does Chelsea play against you ?. Are they sitting deep and defend, trying to drag you on to them before hitting you on the counter or are they trying to attack you ?

- Teams like QPR, would you way that they are more likely than Chelsea to sit with lots of men behind the ball ?. If so, would you say that your approach, stormng forward hitting direct balls into space is one that in real life should work ?. Would this not be extremly easy to defend against as if denying space béhind the d-line ?. Why not slow things down, untick the team sliders and try to retain possession instead. Try to both retrieve the ball ( hassle) and retain it. In short play more patient and try to actually create this space you need
