Help with Saving Editor database?

Ok guys,

Once i have edited everything i wanted then save it and activate the database on FM12 But when the game starts the changes havent been made how?

Can anyone please help?

When starting a game you first need to select the new database at the start screen. When it asks for the database there should be a 'Change' option near the bottom right of the box
