Scott is making this Revoltionary league thingy. but has hit a snag.
he made the national rule. assigned a competition, which he made, and then put the 22 teams in it, registered them ect ect. went to test national rule, and it says TRL( the revoultionary league) need a minimum of 22 teams but only 0 found. wot does he need to do.
