Create a skin..

I would like to start looking at how to create a skin, but have no idea where to begin..
I have photoshop, which i presume i would use to create the grapics/buttons etc..

Is there a step-by-step guide to creating the skin and doing the background coding anywhere on the web?

I can create kits, logos, player pics etc.. but would like to try progress my modifying knowledge into skinning and i know there are some very talented skinners on here.

Any beginner help would be extremely helpful.

One thing:

It is extremely difficult making a skin and eats away your time you need to be good with graphics and XML

By the time you finish FM11 will be out lol
