I'm managing Otelul Galati from the Romanian First League - their transfer budget is almost zero and all the money we get goes straight to the bank... I even have 80% of finances go to the transfer budget but there is almost no opportunity to make money... I was able to qualify for the group stages of the Champions League and expect some cash for qualifying and for each match but no one wants to join such a small team in the middle of nowhere.
