How to turn Demba Ba into a goal - machine?

Well, I am kinda using my favourite attacking formation - 4 - 2 - 4. And Demba Ba and Pappis Cisse are upfront ofcourse. But I am wondering how can I get him to score goals .. in pre - season he only put 2 in out of 5 friendlies. P.S.
I tried him as a Target Man, and as a Poacher..nothing is much.
