Individual Training Problem

Hi,

I normally always make my assistant manager set training for my players, and recently I've noticed that they will not assign Luke Shaw to do any individual training and I'm a little confused as to why. Anyone why this happens and how to fix it?

When I set the individual training myself, the players always be unhappy with their workload, so I just make the assistant do it now on.

Just make sure that their training workload is 'medium' and they wont have a problem. Put Luke Shaw on something like crossing.
