There's already a database like that, it's called the FM Base 50 million challenge. Buy a whole new team including reserves, better staff etc and try to avoid relegation.

There is also no way that you would ever be able to sell all of your players.

Isn´t it a better idea to simply clear you squad in the editor and put in the equivalent money to build a new squad?

Exactly what I had in mind. Start with zero players and build a whole new squad with just 50 million budget(including salary). This ought to be challenging enough.
