just look at the picture.is this just for fun or can it help you with the teamtalk in the start of the game.
for me normaly they dont listen.

I think it does buddy. I play lower league with sunday league experience and the players with little/no rep in the game listen like good boys. But when I sign anyone with rep higher then mine they rarely listen so increase yours by winning games and things will turn around
