Keeping up the winning streak...

Sorry for my english :)

It seems like FM dont want u to win alot of matches in a row...If I win 4 games, the next game I will be defeated. Anyone who got some tips on how to keep the winning streak up?

be ware of over-confidence...

do some specific teamtalks (don't apply the same each time)
 
yea and then theres giving your team bad team talks.

normally this is what i do

Start of match -> None/For the fans

half time -

losing = question passion/i want to see moar from yuu

winning = above 7.0 = pleased 6.0-6.9 = none, 1.0-5.9 = disappointed

full time -

win = 6.0-7.9 = pleased 8.0-10.0 = delighted

loss = sympthize if i think i should of won and dominated and they got the lucky goal

and similar to half time 6.0 - 10.0 pleased

0.0-5.9 = disappointed

Don't ever do pleased at half time, it just makes your players complacent. Tell them you don't expect their performance to drop instead.
 
Yeah i dont give team talk at halftime unless im am 4 nill down and i need to turn it around

Thats not the best policy.

A perfect half time team talk can inspire a player to play better 2nd half and walk away with M.O.M
