Long time coming - Return of w9lko's January Update (my update to LFCMarshalls)

Pretty much based on the old model I will be using LFCMarshalls January update then just doing some of my own work

-Boosting current/potential ability
-Championship and lower teams players boosted to show that the Championship and Premiership are quite similar (past few years teams that have came up have done well)
-Changing clubs reputation (i.e lowering Aston Villa's representing there poor position)
-Transfer update & people released (i.e Kevin Thomson released from Middlesborough)
-Carl Jenkinson declared for england (always goes to play for finland)

Shout out to LFCMarshall I am not trying to discredit him at all and a huge mention should go out to him for year on year bringing out awesome updates without any help.

Any more opinions for things to include let me know

Sorry to double post.... the files just going through for moderation now expect to see it in the transfer updates by this weekend details also on the added file part..... cheers guys
