manager past experience

i was just wondering wat the effect of manager past experience was when setting up a new game?

If you set your experience to "International Footballer you have a bigger reputation so you will be able to get better jobs and vice versa for Sunday League,Automatic etc

Your past experience adds to your reputation. Now if you manage a club with a high reputation, for example MU and you selected "Sunday League Footballer", then some (or most) of your players will be upset as they will believe you do not have the necessary knowledge or skills to lead the club to glory, but if you selected "International Footballer", they will not have a problem with you managing the club
