Manuel Neuer won't learn English

I have had Manuel Neuer for three seasons for Tottenham and he still hadn't learnt any basic English. So I checked the editor as I expected him to have a low adaptability (which is 6) and noticed that on his languges he has ticked that he can't speak English.

Does anyone know if this will prevent him from learning any English or given more time will eventually?

If the editor has him specified as being unable to speak English, he won't learn it.

Im not sure how the editor works as iv never been on there, however i have had players that have taken 5 to 6 season's to learn english. I wouldn't worry bout it, if he's playing well.
