Need Help With Chelsea!

Hi im having problems with my Chelsea team trying to get the most out of Lampard Drogba and Anelka but i hardly ever play Anelka so it would really just be about how to get Lampard more goals or assists and for Drogba to start scoring. And could someone please send me a screenshot of centre back instructions when their using the "Nike Defence" system.

sell anelka hes absolutely useless as is drogba.
Admittedly when i play kalou and drogba together i get alot of goals.

i suggest u use drogba as a lone striker with lampard playing right behind him feeding him with assists because dorgba hardly misses a chance. use ballack and essien as centre mids, sell deco, anelka, and other useless players. buy zhirkov and use joe cole, as u wont have enough money to buy a right miid.
