Need new staff

Wasn't sure where to put this thread. Just been promoted to the championship with Preston and I've basically lost all my coaches and my assistant manager. Has anyone got any cheap suggestions?

look at international coaches alot of them will take a job at a club of your rep, and they aren't tied to clubs so, freeee!!! I will say to keep in mind the 3 key attributes for coaches.... Determination, Discipline and Motivating, them three are essential there look for a combined total of at least 35 and then desirable are Man Management and Working with Youngsters but don't go lower than 10 for each if signing to train youth and first team.
