Newcastle Signings?

Started a new save as Newcastle United, the database I'm using is set as it is right now in real life so I have the newest signings as well as being in the championship. Can anyone give me some advice on who to sign/sell? I have no thought of a tactic yet but it will most likely be something along the lines of a 4-2-3-1.
Transfer Budget: £4,800,000
Wage Budget: £27,050

these are the transfers that i made! all of them have been good except olsson from norwich bc augustinson outplayed him all season. weiser from hertha might be a better add than paredes but i didnt have much money to spend during the summer :/

the second season is awesome bc you get alot of money from promoting (in my experience anyways). i just finished my second season, and finished SECOND in the league, behind man utd! if you want to see my second season signings let me know
