Off form players

Wasn't sure where to put this (here or players) but went for here.

What is the best way to deal with off form players? e.g. players on goal draughts, players constantly performing at 5.5-6.5 level etc. Really struggle to get players out of a bad run of games.

warn them about their form and tell them they need to step it up if they want to play in the first team, other than that, maybe a change of tactic or role
