Goooooood afternoon to everybody!
I'm planning to start a new career, and i finally decide to go to NORWAY for check if is possible to win something in Europe with a scandinavian team!
Team to manage is ODD, one of the older team of the world....128 years of History, and no ELITESERIEN victory....
So.....GO ODD!!!

I start my career in July (i select a lot of countries) so Norway is near to the middle of season. Fortunately, ODD have a very good position (3rd) but can be difficult to have immediate result with a new tactic...crossing fingers!

I also start this career because , in my mind, ODD have a really amazing player...and nobody know him!
Ladies and gentlemans, i can show you my jewel: ANDERS HARTVEIT RYSTE! You can see what this 2005 can do!

MARKET

Starting a season after 14 matches and with market who start after 1 month is not easy, and with really low finance (around 500K)....
What i can do is really find the best i can, some free player and some very young hot prospect.

Only for stats, TJALAND is a parent of the most famous Norway striker in the world....i hope can be 1/10 of it

First match, and first pearl of my STAR! Not easy to win but a lot of opportunity to score!

ELITESERIEN - 15TH

KRISTIANSUND are 2nd, very good season and very good team BUT ...WE HAVE THE STAR! Other 2 goals, and 3 great points for us!

ELITESERIEN - 16TH

Not an easy match...we take 2 bad goals and from around 1 hour they dominate, but DIOMANDE have a very hard moment and help me to draw the match! Give to my STAR a great bal for the 2-1 , and then create the 2-2 with a strong shoot!

ELITESERIEN - 17TH

First match with some new players, and a great debut for NORMANN WILLIAMSON , who give me 3 point....
First of this headshot, we score a great goal with my STAR (4th goal in ELITESERIEN, 5th in 4 matches) and loose TANDAZO for a bad red card!

We stole 2 points from BODO, and we have a great 2nd place....13 matches to end, we hope to have a great AUGUST!

Braut Tjaland is a very great player!!!!First match (and we change our system for play with him and our STAR together) and 2 goals scored....unfortunately have a very young team give us less experience, so we take the 3-3 in last minute..

Amazing 30 minute of my young gemini of goal, 3 goal scored and a great victory....

ELITESERIEN - 20TH
Another good victory we take a lot of goal with this new system BUT if we score 1 goal more than other is good

First bad match in my career....penalty kick, and we exit from NORWAY CUP..

Situation, we sell more than we buy, good for our financial department..we also sell some old players and take 16/18/20 years players...

Valerenga is a strong team, we play a good match but didn't score....

A stunning victory against BODO, we're so happy abut that!

Little market window...i take on loan a good left defender and i loose another loan, because they say that he didn't play often in favourite position...false, and i'm not happy, BTW i try in January to buy it for sure..

With my STAR injured, Mr. Tjaland have the big possibility to shine, but is OWUSU who give us 3 really important points...

Valerenga (4th) is too far, so we're at least 3rd this year.....EUROPE!!!!

Bad draw....not an impossible match, but my team is too young, a lot of fear for win!

AGAIN TJALAND!!!!! AND WE'RE NORWAY CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!

Best attack, best defence, 2 player in top10 scorer (and they play less than half matches) anche the 2 best assistman....my season is near to be perfect!

Now we plan to enter in CHAMPIONS LEAGUE ROUND....and also take some players for be competitive...
Of course we plan to take joung players, if Norwegian is better (Gulliksen , Williamsson...)

NEW SEASON, PRESSING FOR CHAMPIONS LEAGUE
Season in Norway is strange....in January Market will start, first matches are in March....for Champions who start in July/August is too long..

MARKET
Starting new season with some OLD players who will go to take big salary to other places....Ruud (39) Hagen (36) Jevtovic (29) are not a big loose, but my goalkeeper Wahlestedt(23) yes....but more than 6M means a very good market for me....
Another player with a strong request was Aas(19) and is impossible to not sell him for more than 8M

New Goalkeeper: ELIA CAPRILE (hot Prospect)

For Left Winger, a good and Economical young Peruvian: YURIEL CELI

Central Defender: MAX NORMANN WILLIAMSEN, we already tell this, we wanna buy it, and we buy!

Central Midfield: FABRICIO DIAZ, very hot prospect, we think can be a really KRAKEN!!!

Central Midfield: MIGUEL FIGUEIRA , very cheap , can be a good alternative

Forwarder: SIIRA SIVERTSEN , very young, i like him so much...

Central Defender: KOLSKOGEN very good and young, the new OWUSU!

Left Winger: We increase our Norwegian players with SAHRAOUI , very good player!

LAST 2 NEWS:

Left/Right Defender LORA, very good assistman!

Central Midfield: KALOC very high and strong midfield!!

Team is too young BUT with very big talent and really good possibilities to win again in Norway
If i try the way to sell/loan last 4 players, i think another Central Defender can be good, i can also check to have some U19 player to add!

We start slow, dominate the match but we take only one point (thanks to my STAR)

Second match, and new players start to understand how to play...CELI score an hattrick

First round of Norway Cup, and an amazing victory!

Come back in ELITESERIEN and another new player score an HATTRICK! DIAZ, very good!

Last match of April, we expect a great victory, but is only 0-0...we dominate, but didn't score..

May can be called "ROSENBORG ODD'S KILLING"

Second Round on Norway Cup, good victory but we score only one goal!

My Young devis are on fire....Amazing victory!!!

Third round of Norway Cup, we dominate but didn't score...and Friday give to Rosenborg pass for 4th round!

Against MOLDE, a very good victory! They score for first, but our reaction is GREAT!

Abain Rosenborg, again a bad match.....but, if CELI score the penalty, probably we talk about a win...ok, we still work for win all the other matches....

Against BODO, my STAR and CELI solve the match! 3 great points

All the teams are near and Rosenbors is ON FIRE....but we have a strong defense and the best attack! We can win again!!!

JUNE and JULY will be made in the same upgrade, ready for CHAMPIONS LEAGUE!!!

Not a brilliant period ..LORA give us a good point, but we didn't play well today

Good match and great victory, Tjaland finally come back to score!!

We play well but we take only one point, and only in last second of the match! Great Tjaland!

Good match, another golden boy from FINLAND start to shine

Again our LAHTEENMAKI , and finally also KALOC (new position) ...but we take a lot of goal

As talled, a lot of goal! We play well, some players start to be so important but we loose 2 points

Last match of the series, and great victory....in 4 minutes LAHTEEMAKI score 2 goals and miss a penalty kick...

LITTLE BIT OF MARKET

In August market restart for ELITESERIEN, and we made one SENSATIONAL buy..
Norway's MESSI come back!!! ANDREAS SCHJELDERUP

First of it (and we take only with CHAMPIONS LEAGUE APPEAL) we buy some other winger , buyed in February but arrived only now...and we check if made some load or not...

We also take a very good midfield, can help DIAZ to breathe a little

Finally we start this competition.....we enter in second round, against QARABAG

First match, and we start with a QARABAG goal...so bad, but WALLE EGELI made a great play and we draw....
We need a second match...

IF STAR PLAY, NOBODY CAN RESIST!!! HARTVEIT RYSTE come back after 45 days, and score a great goal, with a good assist. WALLE EGELI made another great match, and TJALAND play last 7 minute and score 2 goals....We take the 3rd round!!

Sparta Praga...ok, is not impossible!We can try!

Only august, because a lot of things happened:

Great victory against Aalesund!!!

3RD Round, we play an amazing first time, then we change some player and they draw

First Match of Saito, a great assist and a bad red card! We suffer a lot but TJALAND score 2 goals and give me 3 points!

3RD Round, we made a great match and beat Sparta Praga!!!

Play every 3 days is really not good, we dominate but loose abad match!

FINAL ROUND for CL: Agains SERVETTE we play well but only a draw....

Last ELITESERIEN match of August, and TJALAND score a great hattrick! We create a lot, and win a great match

+2 to BODO, +10 to 5° place,Europe is near to be reached also this year

MIKKELSEN!!!!!!!!! Last chance and a great goal, and we're offically in CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

And in last day of market, we sell a great player and buy a good midfield!

Our CHAMPIONS LEAGUE (and EUROPE apparence) can stay only for 6 matches, we take a very bad group:

Great victory , my young stars shine a lot

CHAMPIONS LEAGUE

Bookmakers don't feel we can win....10,000 like quote, i think i can spend/loose 10 euro..

Our "B" team take a good point against Molde

First Match in Champions League and we're the first to score!!!! But only this.....United destroy us...

Against Rosenborg , we start very bad but another good point!

We delete last 2 draw with this AMAZING match ....BODO DESTROYED!

Of course we have to loose against BARCELONA, but not like this....we reach an amazing draw but PEDRI, sart minutes of the match, score this BAD goal!

We're ANGRY , and Viking take 4 ball....our STAR start to score with good numbers...

Another draw of "B" team, so bad..

AMAZING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!First 3 points of my Champions League!!!

Another point, 9 against 11, with a great freekick of Celi!!

We start with a big victory, with an AMAZING TJALAND, who score a POKER!

We change formation for play with 2 striker, and we come near to take other 3 points again....only 1, but amazing game!

Thanks to my STAR and a great SAITO, i reach a fantastic victory

Celi is really great, but we take only one point!

Now we can say OMG!!!!!! Really near to a fantastic match, but they strike 31 times, only one goal...CAPRILE AMAZING!

FRIENDLY

Very good my new players....only one defeat, against Tottenham (and only a penalty kick at 87 minute)

But very bad for injuries....

First and second goalkeeper are out, Caprile can come back only for the second match against City....

And, with 3rd goalkeeper Dahlen, result cannot be good....

8 minutes and City are 0-2...very bad BUT with my STAR (play only last 45 minutes, come back from an injury) we reach an amazing draw....last minutes, and City score a double that can say me "Goodbye Champions.."

This is my March...we start ELITESERIEN for win for third time, and we wanna try to go again in GROUP ROUND in Champions League 24/25.......yes, we have also the second match against City, but is REALLY IMPOSSIBLE to win...also because LORA, DOMINGUEZ and my STAR cannot play next match....
