Player Instructions?

Hi, I'm looking for any help in setting up my Player Instructions.

I'm playing as Hednesford Town in the Skrill North.

So far, the formation I will use mainly is a 4-5-1 with:

GK - Defend
Limited Defender - Cover
Limited Defender - Stopper
Full Back - Automatic (x2)
Anchorman - Defend
Ball Winning Midfielder - Support
Centre Midfielder - Attack
Inside Forward - Attack (x2)
Target Man - Support

I would like to know which I should set each players individual instructions as, if at all.

So far with my Target Man I have:

Hold Position

and my Inside Forwards have:

Get Further Forward
Dribble More

Adam,

Have you tried looking at any of the tactics that are already created? It might be easier to look at those and make some adjustments. It's hard to say what each of the PI's should be without actually seeing each of your players' ratings
