Players dropping in all attributes help!

Hi all, I'm managing Napoli and have just brought Fellaini for £12 million. A few weeks later, I clicked on his profile and was amazed and horrified to see this:

He has dropped in nearly every attribute since I brought him! I'm having this problem with no other players so is it something to do with moving abroad to Italy or is it just a weird glitch? I really need your help and feedback
