Hey, Ive recently just finished my first season as Crewe Alexandras Manager, I managed to promote Crewe to league 1 and am very proud and happy of my team which i have helped develop, so i hope you can understand how pre season is incredibly crucial to Crewe's future within this league. I play lots of semi-pro football already with Nantwich town asnd am currnetly enduring pre season pains :(. I understand that in the real football world, pre season consists of very little skill related training and solely physical training; i.e cardio, muscular endurance exercises etc...
I was just hoping for someone to help me with the arrows on the training, at the moment ive included the whole teaqm in a training schedule named 'pre seasonn' where i have both strenth and aerobic on 'intensivve' with everything else on 0. Now this doesnt look right and looks a little unbalanced. Any help will be much apreciated.

Thankyou in advance :)

devoted Crewe fan Rob
