is your skins folder inside the graphics folder mate ? Because in mine, I have inside the graphics folder I have Kits, logos, and the megapack . My skins folder is outside ..

There you go mate fixed it, ace spot, wouldn't have figured that. StuW might want to add that to the skins sections, I would imagine a **** load of people will have this problem.
