Product key problem!

ahhhhh i had to uninstall FM and its telling me on both instal via steam and offline install that the code is a duplicate and its not letting me install

can anybody help me???

Can you return it to the shop where you bought it and get it exchanged?

If you've already had it installed once make sure you're trying to re-install it like this...

...and not by adding the serial number to Steam again.

Ah yes, what Lee said. I don't know why I didn't think of that :S

Once you have added a game to Steam once via entering the serial, you do not have to do it again.
