I am just thinking about starting a game with Boreham Wood Fc in BSS and I am bit confused about some issues.
1) I have a half of my players on part-time contract - I dont like it and I want them to train 100%. So should i just offer them full-time contract? I am afraid they will demand more money a this can be fatal in this club.
2) Three of my good players work as coaches in my staff, but I need better coaches. So how can I get rid of their staff role? They dont want to accept contracts with just player status..
