Hey guys,
I've been reading about people letting youngsters play in their first 11 to get experience and develop faster (as well as tutoring and sending them on loans). Something I'm currently trying out and seems to be giving me some promising results.
I've also come to understand that the more experienced players you field together with this youngster(s) will also get them to improve faster, is that correct?
I currently have 2 youngsters that I've been doing this with, both of them have great morale after a few games. However their average rating is around 6.6 (when the rest of the team is at around 7.5), if I tell them I'm disappointed could that also get them to improve even faster? Or should I just bury them in praise each game?
Appreciate any thoughts or answers to this Just want my youngsters to reach their potential.
