As someone mentioned, you don't really have any good tacklers in your midfield. I'd go for Nigel De Jong personally, he's a monster in that game. Or maybe even a younger version of de Jong in Moussa Sissoko.
As others have said, regens too. The way I search for them, is by going onto the list of players (F5) and then going into the filter and clearing it all. Tick the box that says 'Leave out unrealistic targets' and then just go through the list and look at the players you don't recognise or are expensive as they are usually the best ones.
