regen faces

couldnt find another thread on this topic but i apologise if there is one

all the regens on my game have now lost there cartoon style faces and now just have nothing for a picture

i was looking through the preferences but i couldnt find anything that may fix this problem. i did have the faces however they have now gone could it be anything to do with the fact that i have installed the mega facepack? any ideas?

this guy is only 15 and he is in his first season with the club and im in 2012 so he must be a regen? and all the regens in my game that previously had a face now just have this

That happened to me last night. I just turned it off then on again. Now they work fine.
 
go to preferences then go onto show player and staff pictures and click real and genereted player?
 
hmm strange i tried reloading the skin and it didnt work and then i accidentally did it again and it worked....... oh well thanks guys
