Regen problem

On my game at the moment, every regen player (i.e. players promoted to my youth academy, everyone elses youth academy) that I know are regens (first season is 10-11 for example) yet they show up with the no picture grey face. In preferences I can select real and generated faces (and have obviously) but the game still won't generate any faces, anybody have any ideas? I'd be grateful

in settings you can turn rege faces off and on. I prefer them on, so you know which are regens.

yeh I know, but I've got it turned on but still no faces

the term is newgen.

Play around with your preferences, you'll figure it out i'm sure.

im very sorry fourfourtwo. I'm fairly sure theres only the one option for 'newgen's anyway, i've tried reinstalling as well but to no avail.

I dont think it matters. Everyone else seems to call them regens.
