Right Winger for Chelsea?

I'm looking for an established quality right winger for Chelsea.

I thought one of the following:

Hulk
Arjen Robben
Pedro
Jefferson Farfan
Jesus Navas

I attempted to sign Alexis Sanchez for £38 million and Marco Reus for £30 million, but neither wanted to leave their current clubs.

Any ideas?

Hatem Ben Arfa is for me quality for the right wing - he is quick - a great team player and left footet - and can be signed for about £18 mio. from the start of the game. I have signed him playing with Chelsea as I also thought the team lacked a right Winger - and I haven't regreted buying him - he is amazing.

Of the 5 you mention yourself - I would go for Navas, but Ben Arfa would be my nr. 1 pick

Iker Munian from Bilbao,will cost you at least 30mil but is definetely worth it,great techincally and physically,and can play anywhere behind or as a striker
