Not a bad shout to be honest, get Van Persie to Tutor him, and set his invidual training focus on his passing

That's why I took a second look at de Jong. He is young, Dutch, and the scout suggested he played a similar style to Rvp. And he is tearing apart the eredivisie. Plus I can get him for free.

de Jong might take a season or two to adapt to the EPL, play him the first season in every cup game, don't just fling him into your team and expect results.

I'm not getting rid of Rvp, I just need a replacement that I will play like you said, in cup games and to rest Rvp.
