Scout/Player Attributes

I have a few scours who have the Judging Player Potential around 19/20. My question is, how likely are they to get things wrong?

Say they tout a player to be 4 1/2 stars, and I bring him up slowly and give him lots of game time, is he more or less certain to hit 4 1/2 stars?

Well i generally find them to be quite accurate but the problem is getting them that good is up to you, not very simple to make them reach their full potential.

Hmmm, I see. I've had one regen who has really hit his potential, hopefully the rest can too.

There are loads of hidden attributes that will determine whether or not a young player will reach their potential ability. The best you can do is tutor them and play them often. Or if in doubt, get FMRTE (A)

If I've got the Editor, will it change/edit saved games though?
