When you're posting a reply (a full reply not the quick reply) or creating a new thread, you'll see a paperclip icon to attach. It'llbeong up a pop up which gives you various options for attachments. If you're using a plugin like NoScript, you'll have to allow the FM Base scripts as well as all the Curse scripts.
