Hi, I have a question. My club promised 100% of the incoming money to be at my disposal but there is one thing I'm not sure about. If I sell player and part of the deal are monthly payments (in my case it's Vertonghen to ManU for 12 mil plus 27 mil over next 24 months) do I get the whole sum (39 mil) or I get only the 12 mil at the moment? Hope it's understandable...

You only get the 12 million. The rest will be spread out like it says: 27 mil over 24 months = roughly 1 mil per month.
It's not a good choice if you need the money right away, but if you're not in an urgent need of cash it's a great way to restrict losses per month. I'm currently earning ~£15m per month from this, which means I'm earning money on a month-to-month basis. Add the cash injections at the end/start of each season, and you get the idea.
