Southampton 1st season

Looking for a tactic for Southampton, I've just not been able to make a working one in FM13.
Preferably a 4-2-3-1 or 4-1-2-2-1. Not made any transfers yet so its just the default squad.
My prefered line ups would be:
(4-2-3-1)Boruc,Clyne,Forren,Yoshida,Shaw,Schneiderlin,Cork,Lallana,Ramirez,Puncheon,Rodriguez
(4-1-2-2-1)Boruc,Clyne,Forren,Yoshida,Shaw,Schneiderlin,Cork,Davis,Lallana,Ramirez,Rodriguez

use a 4-2-2-2, get doria, im in my 4th season and is already full brasil international and starter for me since he was 20, have rodriguez up front with rickie lambert with jay rod as a poacher and lambert as a tm, in season 2 i used a 4-1-2-2-1 with jay rod up top and he was pl top goalscoer, was averaging nearly a goal per game
