Pretty much the title. Do you think its harder to find a good striker than finding a good AMC, or vice versa? Reason I'm wondering this is 'cause I have this talent who is able to play both AMC & Striker, and I'm not sure what to train him as.

that's what is most important, and player roles what you look at..
there might be an amazing striker who would score goals as an advanced forward, but if you play him as a lone F9, he might suffer badly..
if there's an AM who would be an amazing AP, and if you play him as an EG or SS, he would no doubt suffer!
you'll have players available for each and every role, you just need to find the correct attributes for that particular role, and look for that player.
