Team talks help

I'm afraid to do team talks because when I do it de-interests the players and unit rested etc etc, because I am no good at em I usually set my assistant , but when he does it has the same affect on the players, tips?

Never use"i have nothing to say to you right now".
If your losing and playing badly do aggresive"this is rubbish".
When you win: passionate if they played well. Aggresive if they played badly.
When you lose: passionate, sympathy if you played well/were not favourotes. Agressive, play better next time if you played badly/were favourotes.

Thats what i usually do. Hope it helped
