Middlesbrough FC booked there place in the Semi Final showdown against Chelsea at Wembley after a 1-0 win over West ham. Boro dominated the game limiting the Hammers chances on goal to only 4 shots! But no doubt they will need more than 1 goal and luck if they are to beat Chelsea in a few weeks time!

Boro Earn a spot in FA Cup Final
In a dramatic Semi Final showdown at wembley today, Middlesbrough were last in the final in 1997 when they finished runners up. Smoggies were on fine form today tho as they beat a weak chelsea side 2-0. Mcdonald grabbing a brace in the first half was enough to send them through. Chelsea always looked like scoring but thx to a solid defence and a keeper who is in great form they were denied time after time. Middlesbrough will now face Man City here in a few weeks for a possible FA Cup win and for a space in the Europa Cup.

Middlesbrough make history and Win FA Cup!
A tie which needed to be settled into extra time. Middlesbrough were twice ahead in the game but Man City replying twice to make it all square at the end of the 90 mins. But it was wonderkid and Middlesbrough star player "Scott Mcdonald who hit the games winning goal. It was his 44th goal of the season and the most important. Middlesbrough have won the FA Cup for the fist time in the clubs history and have also earnt themselves a place in Europe next season.
