Tranfer Budget Question

If you have a transfer budget of say £30 million, is it possible to offer a club £28 million plus £5 million in 12 monthly instalments (total of £33 million). Is it just the initial down payment that is included in your transfer budget or will your club be willing to exceed the transfer budget for monthly instalments?

Yes but you may have to lower the wage budgets or loan players out other wise you will lose money
