Transfer Frustration

In my save i manage York City and have got them promoted twice in two seasons from the Conference to League One, however the one thing stopping me from getting my hands on the players i need (and afford) is stopped by either work permits and/or the player not wanting to join. I actually did a little test with a premiership club and attempted to sign a player that couldnt sign for York due to a work permit. Guess what? The work permit went through! Why?

Well higher clubs tend to have more chance of signing work permits people and this may be because the city or place they are in which is better. I don't really know but loans will benefit you alot for york...also parent clubs are useful for lower teams!

yeah, loans are good. I've tried Parent clubs but the board can never find a club suitable, its quite annoying.
