Just bought this pc AMD Richland A6-6400K 4.1GHz Dual Core APU Accelerated Processor with Radeon HD 8470D On-Board Graphics with 1TB Hard Drive / 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 RAM. What do you think it's capable of? Like how many leagues and how fast will it run?

I have a similar setup and I run 55 leagues and it runs smooth but I do use a program called Cheat Engine (version 6.3)and its speed hack so it runs really fast.
It's a program that speeds up the 3D match engine. There have been people spreading that it improves the processing performance, but it most certainly does not.
That machine isn't bad. What price is being quoted for it?

The most important piece of a PC for football manager in the processor. The better the processor, the faster your game will run.
I wouldn't recommend using the cheat engine to speed up your game though. It puts a lot of stress on your CPU (depending on how fast you set it) which could damage it in the long run
