when a backup asks for a run in the first team, how many games does that mean?
2?
3?
4?

I mean in order for him to be happy.

Also have a loot at that screenshot:

what would you reply to that backup?

If he's getting that little game time then it's probably that you don't need him. Time to sell up and look at a youth is what I would do.

Depends really.

If his last matches ended with a rating of less than 7, I'd choose the bottom option.

If he's a good player and you want to keep him, I'd consider the top option.

If he's a decent player and you want to keep him, but don't want to give him games atm, I'd choose option 4. He'd then probably say something like he "might not be up to the standard" blablabla, in which case I'd choose the option that's along the lines of "you need to decide if you really wanna leave or if it's just a whim", which usually makes the player back down and wait for his chance.

If Stathis Tavlaridis really is "in the form of his life", I'd consider that option.

There's not a "right answer" per se, it's all dependant on various factors. The only thing I do consistently, is choose assertive.

a back up on that much money unless good for tutoring would be sold and i would concentrate on youth imo.

i always say so and so is in the form of their life.
