When buying players what do you look for?

For me i look for the skills i need like if im playing solo striker and i need a spare i will look for

Pace - Acel - Tech- Dribbling - Composure and a rating of 7.0+ as average match rating this shows he is good you will notice players like Darwin Quintero is always over 7 rating good players 6.0 and belowpar players 5.0 thats wot i look for regardless the price.
