Who to buy with Swansea and Stoke?

Ok with Swansea i have 6.75m to spend on transfers and a wage budget of 250k

( I Would like players to suit the team e.g passing, moving etc )

And with Stoke i have 5.9m to spend on transfers and a wage budget of 600k

( Again i would like the signings to suit the team as in being big, Heading etc )

i would suggest for swansea
jacob butterfield as a back up and future 1st teamer. barry ferguson if you can get him will do a job for 1 season or 2 adam lallana and robert snodgrass and benayoun if you can get him and formica is listed on mine and he has great stats

reallly not sure about stoke
Jonas olsson is the only player i can think of he is insanely consistant on my save and got 5/6 goals a season
