Right i've been thinking about this for a while .. but don't want to **** my team up in the search for the players to fit in;

It would be good if anyone could experiment with it.

Ok

Tactic would have a flat 4 with 5 in the centre and 1 upfront.

Here's the catch;

Each 5 of the Midfielders will have passing of 16 or above, and their personal instructions would be no running with ball, no crossing, no creative freedom and mixed through balls.

4 would have short passing with 1 direct passer. The Fw would play deep and have often forward runs to latch on to anything.

The tempo would be quick with a medium mentality.

There would be 1 out of the 5 with decent tackling attributes to act as the DM.

The idea would be that the team would employ 1 touch passing and pass rings around the midfield and through balls to set up the striker.

The DM will be the play maker and pick up the ball from the defense to start every attack.

Does anyone think this would work?

I may start a new game with a team and edit the teams stats so when their passing increases to 17/18/19 (couple 20) ... but decrease like their tackling, finishing and marking etc
