Uhm, this isn't my save, or my thread. So I am unsure what was used in the op's save
 
I got tactics full then just put MP onto balanced then match focus on team work

high untill tactics are full then medium on balanced.
yeah before every match it asks you what you want to focus on ie att mov def pos snd thrs team work i alwsys use that before games.

yeah its on 14.2.2
