Hi everyone!
I'm back after my last thread http://www.fm-base.co.uk/forum/foot...mulate-better-arsenal-tactic.html#post1286976
So, let's begin.
P.S : Apologize with my bad english
INTRODUCTION
Team-Focus: Swansea City Just Like Watching Barca!
A look at Swansea's team stats is a clear indicator of just how well they pass and keep the ball, cutting it with the best of them in terms of possession with 57%. This figure is above the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Tottenham, and well above the league average of just under 50%, only below Chelsea, Arsenal and league leaders City.
The side's pass accuracy also ranks them 4th in the league, behind the same trio at the top with 85%, all but matching the Gunners tally who have been regarded as the division's best passers for many years. The success rate is markedly better than the league average of 78.5%, with fellow newcomers QPR and Norwich on 74%.
Their attacking style has sometimes seen them criticised as being a little lightweight at times, though their league low of 8 fouls per game should be seen as a positive, as should their disciplinary record of just 14 yellows and 0 reds this season, with the average team in the league amassing 18 and 1 respectively.
However, there are undoubtedly areas in which Rodgers side could improve, and perhaps adding a little bite to their play would aid in increasing poor figures when it comes to tackles per game (16) and aerial success (30%). The two scores rank Swansea 18th and 20th respectively, with a fairly miniscule midfield not helping when it comes to the latter, with their success rate a full 16% down on 19th ranked Sunderland in that department.
The team's success on Saturday against Bolton can be greatly attributed to the overlooked middle-men at the Liberty Stadium. The hosts used the likes of Leon Britton, Joe Allen and Mark Gower a much increased 34% of the time when attacking against the Trotters, and to great effect.
Some remarkable figures became evident after the game, which proved that the newly promoted side's playmakers are among the most efficient on the ball, not only in England but also in Europe. Defensive midfielder Leon Britton looks to break up play and keep possession and did exactly that as he amazingly completed 100% of the 67 passes he attempted.
While Britton looked to play it simple, his fellow holding midfielder Mark Gower was more adventurous, setting up 6 goalscoring chances, one of which was converted, from 103 touches. His 83 passes were successful an impressive 87% of the time, which is unbelievably the worst of the trio with youngster Joe Allen perhaps the standout performer on the day.
The 21-year-old not only netted with an accomplished finish but also had 98 touches and made 85 passes. He created 5 chances for teammates, though none led to assists, and despite his excellent creativity, he was accurate with a whopping 97% of the passes he attempted, leaving the trio with figures one would associate with Barcelona rather than the relative minnows of elite league football!

The article really inspire me a lot, that team like Swansea can do something great.
There's my goal focus :
1. Good Possession.
2. Good CCC.
3. Make the team passer (Joe Allen) play like Xavi-style.
FORMATION
In this case, I decided to buy some player to covering weakest area the team.
- Sol Bamba (CB/DM/CM). To be honest, defender is the weakest area.
- Jonathan Viera (MC/AMC). One of the reason I buy Viera cause Mark Gower attribute in FM12 is really ****. I don't know why, I think Gower seems underrated in this version (teamwork attribute just 3 for experience midfield!? Wtf!!).
- Danny Haynes (ST). Need quicker striker, after have Graham who deep-lying forw. type.
Midfield is the important area you should give more attention. If you want take this tactic with other team, make the midfield composition like MCR(Destroyer/DeepLyingP)-MCL(Passer/DeepLyingP)-AMC(Creator/False10/Adv. Playmaker). And pick your MCL as playmaker. Example: Joe Allen as my playmaker.
RESULT
More screenshot follow..
CONCLUSION
Great result. We produce good possession and incredible passing around. Effectively passing of cource, as four of my player stand in top ten EPL key passes. And Joe Allen, I think he's ready to be the next Xavi, even just in game
Download Tactic.
4-2-3-1 Barca-esque (Swansea, Aug 2011).tac
Any feedback always appreciated. Enjoy the game
Some helpful advice :
--Football is a simple game based on the giving and taking of passes, of controling the ball and making yourself available to receive a pass. It is terribly simple--

Some helpful advice :
- Pitch size : Default as you start the game with Swansea (Normal size).
- O.I : Important part as the tactics. Certain players will need specific marking, closing down and tackling solutions. Give your time to identifying who is considered to be the opposition’s main weapon. Therefore using too many at once may radically change the dynamic of the team, or end up giving your players conflicting instructions.
- Striker : Pacey, High Flair, Tehnique ==> Tight Marking Always Only, (Weaker Foot Optional). Strong, Good Header Ability, Slow ==> Tight Marking Always, Closing Down Always, Weaker Foot, (Hard tackling Optional)
- Winger : Pacey, Dribbler==> Tight Marking Always, Weaker Foot. Good Long Shot ==> Plus Closing Down Always.
- Midfielder : Playmaker Style==> Tight Marking Always, Closing Down Always, Weaker Foot. Deep-lying/Defensive Mid./Anchorman==> Closing Down Always, Weaker Foot, (Hard Tackling Optional)
- Defender : Ball Playing Def.==> (Weaker Foot Optional)
- Match preparation : Give overload workload and teamwork focus for the pre-season time. After that back to medium with teamwork/attack movement focus for whole season.
- No touchline instructions. Be carefull with press conference and team talk as the team potential to become complacent. Always replace a player with rating 6.0 below.
