I need of some youngsters

Planning on starting a new file with Wigan(my local team) later today and hoping to build a team of youngsters who I can give plenty of 1st team football to cause my aim for the first season is simply to stay up and have a decent cup run. Wondering of anyone can recommend some young players for most posistion cause I'm planning on shipping out deadwood like Diame and Rogellela because not to keen on them and should bring in some decent cash.

Anyone any advice on what youngsters to bring in? Bare in mind they need to be attracted to a move to Wigan.

Fierro and Moises can both be snapped up on pre-contracts.
The right back from Dinamo will cost £1 mill, dont know how to spell his name Vrjsko
Sanago can be snapped for a couple of million.
Butland £2.5 mill
Verratti £2 mill
Robbie Cotton will usually become a free at the end of season.
There are also a lot of other youngsters who will be quite expensive (over £5mill): Niang, Vadillo, Kovacic. In your game though they might be cheaper.
